Golden-village

I worked at Golden-village as a service crew for the Gold class from late February 2019 to April 2019. Where I learnt how service affects a customer, sales, etc. Throughout my journey there, I have learnt to have better composure, responsive and versatile, this is due to the fact that the people that I serve vary be it demographics and behavior.


Attachment: Shang-ri la (Housekeeping)

This was a 4 days attachment, where I got a hands-on experience of executing the duties of a housekeeper.

Attachment: Swissôtel The Stamford (F&B)

This was a 30 hours attachment, where I got a hands-on experience of the banquet service in a hotel and teamwork skills as we had to work in groups. Put in charge of planning duties and schedules for part-time staff.

Throughout my journey there, I have learnt to be more resilient, open minded, observant and improved hand-eye coordination. Not only that I have also learnt the
